How to troubleshoot connection issues?

If your Monisensa sensor is experiencing connection problems, follow these steps to resolve the issue. First, check that your WiFi network is operating on the 2.4 GHz band and that the sensor is within range of your router.

Try restarting the sensor by disconnecting it from power for 10 seconds. If the issue persists, open the Monisensa app and navigate to Device Settings to run the built-in diagnostic tool. This will identify any network configuration issues and guide you through the resolution process.
